I have an r9 280x i5 4440 8gb ram and a 650w (I think) psu. I'm out of ideas and coming here for any help I can get. When trying to access websites on chrome I'm met with "this site can't be reached the webpage at xyz.com might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. I did have the new "killswitch" setting on that blocks traffic when connecting/disconnecting, that may have something to do with it I'm thinking? I am connected using Ethernet and I'm on windows 10. So basically what happened is I was using TunnelBear and I disconnected just like I normally do but afterwards I was unable to access the Internet.
